Detox Lemonade Diet
The detox lemonade diet was first explained by Stanley Burroughs in The Master Cleanser.His book was first published in 1976. It,s revision has been done in recent years with the publication of Peter Glickman's book Lose Weight, Have More Energy, and Be Happier in 10 Days. The first book was published in 2004, and revised and expanded for a second edition in the year 2000. Many people do not believe that the body needs to be detoxified. This is not true true and detoxifying will remove poisons from your body.When these poisons are removed, you will feel happy and healthy with more energy. It is the poisons that make us have a lack of energy, feel ill, confused, irritable,unhappy,and depressed. Detoxifying and the detox lemonade diet is the fastest and most effective way to regain your vitality and to feel the joy of living again.It will also help you lose weight and regain an excess of energy. The Master cleanse or lemonade detox diet is a short-term, cleansing diet that is quite similar to a juice fast in many ways. The diet,consists of 10 to 40 days. The primary source of energy during this detox is a lemonade.) >/P> During the lemonade detox diet you must drink lots of water ,but no alcohol, caffeine (any)or soda. According to the book - you're supposed to drink a salt solution every morning so it produces a bowel movement to rid itself of the toxins. The Master Cleanse is made up of: 60 oz water per day (or 10 oz per glass)12 tablespoons Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (or 2 tbsp. per glass)12 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (or 2 tbsp. per glass)a little over half a teaspoon of cayenne peppetr (or 1/10 tsp. per glass) It will take approximately took 9 o 10 medium sized lemons to make 24 tbsp. of lemon juice if they are squeeze by hand. The first few days of the detox lemonade dietcan be very tough It may be difficult learning to get along without your normal amount of food. Like any juice fast, learning to get along without solid food can be a tremendous challenge. Breaking a long detox diet is very important. Solid food should be introduced after one or two additional days of juices, orange or grapefruit. If you are going back to raw fruits and vegetables, you may do so on the afternoon of the second day. If you have been a meat eater and/or milk products consumer, shift to a vegetable soup on the afternoon of the second day and a light salad for dinner with little or no dressing. Many people drink a glass of water between glasses of lemonade during this detox to keep hydrated.
