In fact, this is one habit that you should follow every day of your life and not just during the three days of this diet.• Lastly, you have to drink a tonic meant to help your liver and kidneys on any two of the three days. No, this is not some bitter medicine that you have to swallow but includes beetroot or carrot juice, two cups of dandelion, fennel tea, two cups of yellow tea, a clove of fresh garlic, chamomile tea, or a medium sized bunch of black grapes. Take your pick from any of these foods and have any one on two days.
