14 day detox diet
The 14 day detox diet is quite more effective then a shorter detox diet except for the fact that an individual will have a harder time to follow through with this detox.This is because it is a longer detox and they might feel weak and tired, they might get cravings for non healthy foods or they might not find the time to follow a strict detox. Again there are different ways to detox with the 14 day detox. The healthier of the approaches is to maintain a healthy diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, accompanied by whole grains &, nuts, drinking plenty of fresh water. Also try to cut as much caffeine,sugar, artificial sweetners, sodium, fat, fried foods, protein, bread , pastries, and white rice, as possible right out of your diet. 14 days is too long of a time period to do just a juice fast or a water fast. There are also numerous products on the market that will specifically take you through 14 days and are quite effective. These products can be purchased at your local reputable health food store. If you chose to do this detox with products you purchase you will achieve a complete cleanse because of the length of the detox.
