In the midmorning you should drink the water from when you steam your vegetables at lunchtime. You should also also take vitamin C (free of sugar or artificial sweeteners) calcium and magnesium with 6 oz. of water. What to Eat For Lunch For lunch you steam 4 cups of raw vegetables lightly, using at least 4 different vegetables per meal. What to Eat For Dinner For dinner eat another meal containing 4 cups of the steamed vegetables. Remember to save the water for the next morning. Season the vegetables with the seasoning from lunch.
